Privacy Policy

ZZ Creations (“we”, “us”) runs zzcreations.com, where smoke shops and other retailers order accessories printed with their own logo. This policy explains what we collect when your shop creates an account, uploads a logo and orders, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email, shop name, your name, phone, city and state, number of store locations, and your website or Instagram.
- Sign-in details: we don’t use passwords. If you sign in with an email link, we use your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your Google account’s name and email address. If you add a passkey, your device keeps the private key and we store only the public key needed to check it.
- Your logo and artwork: the files you upload and the proofs we make from them.
- Quotes and orders: the items, quantities, delivery option, delivery address and contact details, quotes, proofs, and whether each order has been paid.
- Basic technical data: our hosting providers keep standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t sell or rent your information.
How we use it
- To show registered shops their wholesale prices.
- To make your proofs, print your order and deliver it.
- To contact you about your account, quotes and orders.
- To email you about new items and specials. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing doesn’t affect emails about your account or orders.
Your logo
We use your logo only to make your proofs and your products. We don’t use it in our own marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
- Production partners that print and deliver your order receive your logo, the order details, your delivery address and a contact phone, for that order only.
- Service providers that run the site and our email for us, such as Supabase (accounts, database and file storage), Vercel (website hosting) and Google (email, and sign-in if you choose Google sign-in), and our bank for ACH payments. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it, for example a valid legal request or a tax authority.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep account and order records while your account is open, and afterwards for as long as tax and business record laws require. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or close your account, email info@zzcreations.com.
Security
Sign-ins are handled by Supabase Auth, connections to the site are encrypted, and logo files are kept in private storage. Each shop sees only its own account and orders.
Age
The site is only for businesses, and anyone using it must be 21 or older.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
