Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every account, quote and order on zzcreations.com, run by ZZ Creations (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order, your shop agrees to them.

Who can buy. Accounts are free and are for smoke shops and other retail businesses. Wholesale prices show once you create an account. Anyone using the site must be 21 or older.
Legal use only. All products are sold for legal tobacco use only.
Your logo. You confirm that you own your logo and artwork or have the right to use them, and you’re responsible if they infringe someone else’s rights. We may decline artwork we can’t print well or that we believe infringes those rights.
Minimums and prices. Each item has a minimum order quantity, and the price per unit drops at the quantities shown on that item. All-in pricing: one price covers your product, printing and delivery.
Proofs. We email a free proof of every item before you pay. Check it carefully: we print what you approve. Colors on screen can look slightly different in print, and items printed in one color show your logo in that one color.
Paying. You pay the full order total when you approve your proof, by ACH bank transfer to the account shown on your invoice, with your order number in the memo. Production starts once payment is received. We never change our bank details by email; if anyone asks you to pay a different account, call us first.
Sales tax. Missouri sales tax at the Lancaster, Missouri combined rate (currently 7.225%) is added to the products on every order and shown on your quote and invoice.
Delivery. You choose Express, Standard or Economy delivery with your quote. Delivery times are estimates and are confirmed with your proof.
Cancelling. You can cancel at no cost any time before you approve your proof. Once you approve and pay, production starts and the order can’t be cancelled.
Defects and damage. If items arrive misprinted, defective or damaged, email photos to info@zzcreations.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll reprint the affected items or refund them.
Returns. Because every item carries your logo, there are no other returns. All other sales are final.
Your account. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you’re responsible for orders placed with it. We may close an account that doesn’t meet these terms.
Limit of liability. If something goes wrong with an order, the most ZZ Creations owes is what you paid for that order.
Governing law. These terms are governed by Missouri law, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Schuyler County, Missouri.
Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you approve a proof applies to that order.
